2 chicken breasts
1 cup mango puree
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 package puff pastry

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix together the mango puree, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and minced ginger in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Immerse the chicken breasts in the marinade and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 1-inch wide strips.
Place a small amount of shredded chicken at one end of each strip and twist the pastry around the chicken.
Arrange the twists on a lined baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle sesame seeds and chopped green onions on top before serving.

Marinating the chicken longer enhances the flavor. Keep puff pastry cold for better results.
