A flavorful marinade that enhances the taste of steak with garlic, fresh herbs, and soy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons vinegar (red wine or balsamic)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, olive oil, vinegar, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, black pepper, and salt until well combined.
  2. Pour the marinade over your steak, ensuring each piece is generously coated.
  3. Let the steak marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 8 hours for maximum flavor.
  4. Once marinated, grill or cook the steak on stovetop to your desired level of doneness, about 5 to 7 minutes per side depending on thickness.

Notes

For maximum tenderness, choose cuts like ribeye or sirloin. Let the steak reach room temperature before grilling for even cooking.
