A delightful medley of tender beef brisket, succulent pork ribs, and juicy chicken thighs, all kissed by smoke and coated in sauce. Perfect for gatherings and celebrations.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef brisket
  • 1 lb pork ribs
  • 1 lb chicken thighs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a spice mixture.
  3. Rub the spice mixture generously over the beef brisket, pork ribs, and chicken thighs.
  4. Place the meat on the grill or smoker and cook: brisket for 6 hours, ribs for 4 hours, and chicken thighs for 1.5 hours.
  5. During the last 30 minutes, brush barbecue sauce over the meats.
  6. Let the meats rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
