  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup brewed espresso, cooled
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. Mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the vegetable oil, cooled espresso, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar in another bowl.
  4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
