Instructions

  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until it’s light and fluffy, making sure to beat it well.

  4. Whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner about two-thirds full with batter and top with crushed graham crackers.
