Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice, and mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until combined.
