A comforting one-pan dish featuring creamy white cheddar and honey chicken pasta that brings warmth and flavor to the table.

  • 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 12 oz fettuccine or penne pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Warm the chicken: Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add the pasta to the skillet. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the heavy cream, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Mix in the shredded white cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For a veggie boost, toss in spinach or kale during cooking. Feel free to use different types of cheese for varied flavors.
