A comforting one-pan pasta dish combining hearty sausage, tangy ranch dressing, and creamy white cheddar cheese.

  • 1 lb Italian sausage (removed from casings)
  • 1 lb pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Sauté the sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add the pasta to the skillet, stirring well to combine with the sausage.
