1-Skillet Spicy Buffalo Ranch Chicken Pasta

A quick and comforting one-skillet dish combining tender chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, and creamy ranch seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 12 oz rotini or penne pasta
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cooked chicken and sauté for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  4. Stir in the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (about 8-10 minutes).
  5. Reduce heat to low; stir in heavy cream, buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
