A quick and healthy spin on the classic cheeseburger, featuring seasoned ground beef and cauliflower rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Ketchup and mustard (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  2. Season the beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  3. Sauté cauliflower rice in a separate pan until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. Assemble the bowl by placing cauliflower rice at the bottom and topping with seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
  5. Add ketchup and mustard if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, consider using ground turkey or chicken instead of beef. Pre-packaged cauliflower rice can be a time-saver.
