A quick and delicious pasta bake that’s creamy, zesty, and the perfect weeknight meal for the family.

  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the mixture and combine well.
  5. Transfer the pasta mixture to a greased baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  7. Garnish with green onions if desired before serving.

Notes

For extra creaminess, add more cream cheese or mix in different cheeses. Ensure to adjust spice levels according to personal preference.
