Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 red apples (peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 Tbsp real maple syrup (divided)
  • 1 Tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F and lightly spray the basket with non-stick spray.
  2. Add your peeled and cubed apples to a mixing bowl. Toss them with 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and cinnamon.
  3. Transfer the apple mixture to the preheated air fryer basket, spreading them out evenly.
  4. Air fry the apples for 10-14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Remove the apples once done and toss them in the remaining 1 Tablespoon of maple syrup.
  6. Serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream or other pairings.

Notes

For a crispy texture, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket. Experiment with spices for added flavor.
