Delicious and crispy Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps packed with tender chicken, gooey cheese, and fresh greens.

  • 2 large chicken breasts (about 1 pound total)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously on both sides with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. If your chicken breasts are thick, slice them in half horizontally to ensure they cook evenly.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for about 5 minutes.
  6. Slice the chicken into thin strips that will fit perfectly in your wraps.
  7. Lay out your tortillas flat and divide the sliced chicken among them.
  8. Add a quarter cup of mozzarella cheese and a handful of fresh spinach leaves to each wrap.
  9. Fold the bottom of each tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  10. Place the wraps seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  11. Cook at 350°F for 3 to 4 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
  12. Serve warm with ranch dressing on the side, if desired.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness.
