Crispy and addictive Air Fryer Pickles that are simple to make and perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 jar of dill pickles
  • 1 cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Drain the pickles from the jar and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in one bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Place the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Dip each pickle slice into the flour mixture, followed by the beaten eggs, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Spray lightly with oil.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Experiment with different types of pickles or flavored breadcrumbs for a unique twist. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
