  • 4 bone-in pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
  3. Mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika in a bowl.
  4. Rub the seasoning mixture over both sides of the pork chops.
  5. Arrange the seasoned pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook the pork chops for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Let the pork chops rest for 5 minutes before serving.
