  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into slices or spears, keeping them roughly the same thickness.
  3. Toss the zucchini with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder if using.
  4. Arrange the seasoned zucchini in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Garnish with Parmesan cheese if desired, then serve warm.
