A delightful sandwich that combines crispy croissant, creamy goat cheese, and fresh apple slices, drizzled with honey for a perfect blend of flavors.

  • 1 small apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 oz goat cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Fresh arugula or spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for toasting the croissant.
  2. Slice the croissant in half and toast it lightly to achieve that perfect golden-brown finish.
  3. Spread the softened goat cheese on one half of the toasted croissant.
  4. Place the thinly sliced apple pieces on top of the goat cheese.
  5. Drizzle the honey over the apple slices.
  6. Add a handful of fresh arugula or spinach on top.
  7. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste before closing the sandwich.

Notes
