A refreshing and vibrant Asian cucumber salad that brings together crisp cucumbers and a tangy dressing for a perfect side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers thinly and place them in a bowl.
