A delightful breakfast featuring creamy avocado, crispy bacon, and a perfectly cooked egg on toasted bread.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sturdy bread
  • 2 slices of crispy bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then set aside on a paper towel.
  2. Crack an egg in the same skillet and cook to your desired doneness.
  3. Toast the slices of bread until golden and crispy.
  4. Mash the ripe avocado in a bowl, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the mashed avocado on the toasted bread.
  6. Layer the crispy bacon over the avocado, followed by the cooked egg.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil if desired, then serve and enjoy!

Notes
