  • 10 slices of bacon
  • Cream cheese (for stuffing)
  • Shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Black pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with garlic powder and black pepper to taste.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a slice of bacon.
