A simple yet flavorful baked chicken breast recipe that’s perfect for a quick dinner or meal prep.

  • 4 Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Fresh herbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and lemon juice.
  4. Sprinkle fresh herbs over the chicken, if using.
  5. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
