Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, crack the eggs and beat them well.
  4. Take each chicken tenderloin and dip it into the beaten eggs.
  5. Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden.

Notes

For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs. Don’t overcrowd the baking sheet to ensure crispiness.
