A comforting dish featuring baked feta cheese and bursting cherry tomatoes, combined with pasta for a delightful meal.

  • 1 block Feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 ounces pasta of your choice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the feta cheese and cherry tomatoes in a medium baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake the dish for about 30 minutes, until tomatoes burst and feta is soft.
  4. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  5. Mix the cooked pasta with the baked feta and tomatoes in a large bowl.
  6. Stir in minced garlic until evenly distributed.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped basil or parsley.

Notes

Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition. Don’t skip the salt on the feta for enhanced flavor!
