A simple yet elegant dish that transforms ordinary chicken into a succulent feast with a tangy and sweet balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the Marinade: In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, honey, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed together.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over the top. Cover it and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill or Skillet: Preheat your grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the Chicken: Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the hot grill or skillet. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked through.
  5. Drizzle and Garnish: Once your chicken is cooked, drizzle it with the reserved balsamic glaze before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Allow time for the chicken to soak up the flavors by marinating overnight for maximum flavor. Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper cooking.
