  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.
  2. Season each chicken breast generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it glistens.
  4. Cook the chicken breasts in the skillet for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Pour the balsamic mixture over the chicken in the skillet and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Plate the chicken drizzled with the glaze and garnish with fresh basil.

Notes
