  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas until smooth, leaving a bit of chunkiness for texture.
  3. Mix in the melted butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the banana mixture, stirring gently until just mixed.
  6. Fold in the blueberries, adding frozen ones directly without thawing.
  7. Fill muffin cups about two-thirds full with the batter.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
