  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter into your mashed bananas.
  4. Sprinkle in the baking soda and a pinch of salt.
  5. Stir in the sugar until evenly distributed.
  6. Add the beaten egg and vanilla extract to the mixture.
  7. Gently mix in the all-purpose flour until just incorporated.
  8. Pour the batter into a buttered 4×8 inch loaf pan.
