A comforting and moist banana bread that’s easy to make and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter with the mashed bananas.
  4. Sprinkle in the baking soda and a pinch of salt.
  5. Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture.
  6. Mix in the flour until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the banana bread cool before slicing.
