Delightful air-fried banana donut holes that are fluffy and sweet, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix the Wet Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir everything together until it’s smooth and creamy.
  2. Combine the Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. Merge and Mix: Gradually add those dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Gently stir until just combined.
  4. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Shape the Donut Holes: Using a spoon, scoop small amounts of batter and shape them into donut holes.
  6. Prepare the Air Fryer: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and arrange the donut holes in a single layer.
  7. Air Fry to Perfection: Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Cool and Enjoy: Let them cool slightly before serving.
