Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Bang Bang sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the skillet, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Steam the broccoli and shredded carrots until tender.
  5. Combine the cooked rice, chicken, steamed vegetables, and Bang Bang sauce in a large bowl.
  6. Toss all the ingredients until well coated in the sauce.
  7. Serve topped with chopped green onions.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in airtight containers for up to 3 days. Reheat with a splash of water for moisture.
