A delightful and quick Bang Bang Salmon recipe, combining flavors of creamy mayonnaise, sriracha, and honey for a delicious meal.

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce in a small bowl. Stir in the sesame oil.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush with the bang bang sauce.
  5. Broil the salmon for 8-10 minutes until flaky.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately.
