Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pesto Ingredients: In a food processor, combine basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts, and garlic. Pulse until finely chopped.
  2. Blend the Pesto: With the food processor running, gradually add olive oil until well combined and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook the Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and return to the pot.
  4. Combine Pasta and Pesto: Toss the hot pasta with the basil pesto, mixing until well coated. Serve immediately.
