  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Filling: In a bowl, mix the cooked shredded beef, cheese, refried beans, chili powder, cumin, and salt until well combined.
