Delicious homemade Beef Enchiladas filled with perfectly seasoned beef and topped with gooey melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10 oz) enchilada sauce
  • 8 tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in enchilada sauce, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until well combined.
  4. Spoon beef mixture into tortillas, sprinkle with cheese, roll, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.
  5. Pour remaining enchilada sauce over the rolled enchiladas and top with cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite garnishes.
