These beef kabobs are marinated to perfection and grilled for a delightful summer meal. Perfect for family gatherings or weekend cookouts!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to make a flavorful marinade.
  2. Marinate the Beef: Add the beef cubes to the marinade, making sure each piece is well-coated. Cover and let marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the Grill: While the beef is marinating, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Assemble the Kabobs: Thread the marinated beef, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating for visual appeal.
  5. Grill the Kabobs: Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until desired doneness is achieved.
  6. Rest and Serve: Remove from grill, let rest for a few minutes, then serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a twist, try adding cherry tomatoes or zucchini! Can also substitute beef with chicken or shrimp.
