A delightful layered dessert featuring fresh mixed berries, whipped cream, and creamy vanilla pudding.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 cups whipped cream or whipped topping
  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pound pound cake, cut into cubes
  • Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the vanilla pudding by whisking it together with milk until smooth according to package instructions.
  2. Create a base with half of the cake cubes in a trifle dish.
  3. Layer half of the prepared pudding over the cake cubes.
  4. Add half of the mixed berries on top of the pudding.
  5. Repeat by layering the remaining cake cubes, followed by the remaining pudding and berries.
  6. Finish with a layer of whipped cream on top.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves if desired, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

This dessert can be made ahead of time for better flavor melding. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days.
