A delightful dessert featuring layers of fluffy cake, luscious cream, and vibrant berries, perfect for family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cake or sponge cake, cubed
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Layer the Cake: In a large trifle bowl, layer half of the cubed cake at the bottom.
  2. Add the Berries: Add half of the mixed berries on top of the cake.
  3. Spread the Vanilla Pudding: Spread half of the vanilla pudding over the berries.
  4. Add a layer of whipped cream on top.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Finish with whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
