A delightful twist on traditional banana pudding, featuring creamy vanilla, ripe bananas, and crunchy Biscoff cookies.

  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • Optional: Biscoff spread for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Whisk together pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  2. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture.
  4. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
  5. Create layers in a trifle dish or individual cups with banana slices and crushed Biscoff cookies.
  6. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream.
  7. Drizzle with Biscoff spread if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
