A comforting and nostalgic chicken pot pie made easy with Bisquick, perfect for turning leftover chicken into a hearty meal.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Stir well.
  3. Grease a pie dish and pour in the chicken and vegetable mixture.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the Bisquick mix, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  5. Pour the Bisquick mixture over the filling in the pie dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
