Instructions

  2. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken breasts, ensuring an even coating.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  4. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until blackened and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
  5. Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before serving with fresh lemon wedges.
