A quick and easy Blender Salsa that adds vibrant flavor to any meal or snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 12 jalapeños (adjust for heat)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather fresh ingredients.
  2. Place the tomatoes, onion, jalapeños, garlic, and cilantro in your blender.
  3. Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture.
  4. Blend until smooth or to your desired consistency.
  5. Add salt to taste and blend briefly.
  6. Serve your salsa with tortilla chips or use it as a topping for tacos.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
