  • 2 cups milk (or plant-based alternative)
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the milk, maple syrup (or honey), eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  6. Transfer the mixture into the greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
