Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9-inch round pan.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition, and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with the milk.
  6. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
