  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Whisk together the melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the fresh blueberries carefully.
  6. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the muffins are golden brown.
  8. Let the muffins cool slightly before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes
