Creamy and delicious Blueberry Overnight Oats that are perfect for a quick and nutritious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or non-dairy yogurt)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine Base Ingredients: In a bowl or jar, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until combined.
  2. Fold in Blueberries: Gently fold in the blueberries, making sure they’re spread evenly throughout the mixture.
  3. Chill for Flavor Infusion: Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to allow the flavors to meld and the oats to soften.
