A refreshing and healthy snack featuring creamy Greek yogurt and sweet blueberries, perfect for warm summer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Fold in the blueberries, taking care not to crush them.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle granola on top of each dollop if desired.
  5. Pop the baking sheet into the freezer for 120 to 240 minutes until solid.
  6. Enjoy these delightful clusters as a quick, healthy snack!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. They can also be wrapped individually for portion control.
