  • 1 package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cooked and chopped bacon
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  2. In a mixing bowl, meld together the maple syrup, bourbon, brown sugar, and a generous sprinkle of cinnamon.
  3. Roll out the cinnamon roll dough on a lightly floured surface. Brush the melted butter over the dough.
  4. Spread your cooked, chopped bacon evenly across the dough.
  5. Drizzle the bourbon maple mixture over the bacon, then roll the dough tightly.
  6. Slice the rolled dough into thick slices and place them in a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake according to the instructions on your dough package.
  8. While the rolls bake, whip up a frosting by combining cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
