A warm and comforting breakfast burrito filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, savory sausage, creamy avocado, and zesty salsa.

Ingredients

  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 4 Scrambled eggs
  • 1 cup Cooked sausage
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • ½ cup Salsa
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Sautéing the sausage in a skillet until browned.
  2. Scrambling the eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  3. Adding the scrambled eggs to the skillet with sausage until eggs are set.
  4. Warming flour tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. Filling each tortilla with the egg and sausage mixture, cheese, salsa, and avocado.
  6. Rolling up the tortillas, folding in the ends.
  7. Serving warm and enjoying!

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. These burritos freeze well for about 2 months.
