Delightful pastries filled with crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, and cheese, perfect for breakfast or brunch.

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or parchment paper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon strips until crispy, then crumble them.
  3. Scramble the beaten eggs in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  5. Assemble on each triangle: scrambled eggs, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese.
  6. Roll up the dough from the wide end to the point, sealing edges well.
  7. Place the rolled pastries on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
