A delicious and customizable breakfast wrap filled with scrambled eggs, crispy hash browns, and your choice of meats, all wrapped in a warm tortilla.

  • 4 Scrambled eggs
  • 1 cup Cooked sausage or bacon
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups Hash browns
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Salsa
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Cook the Hash Browns: Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the hash browns until crispy. Set aside.
  2. Scramble the Eggs and Cook the Meat: In the same skillet, scramble the eggs and cook the sausage or bacon until well done.
  3. Assemble the Crunchwrap: Place a tortilla on a flat surface. In the center, layer scrambled eggs, your choice of meat, crispy hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, and a generous dollop of sour cream.
  4. Fold the Tortilla: Fold the tortilla by pulling up the sides to create a secure wrap, ensuring all that goodness stays tucked inside.
  5. Toast the Wrap: Heat the skillet again and add a bit of olive oil or cooking spray. Cook the wrap on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Serve with Salsa: Serve your crunchwrap warm, with salsa on the side for that extra kick and flavor.
